Nutrition for the Brain | Monday, June 1, 2026 at 5:00 pm via Zoom. Are you experiencing brain fog? Forgetfulness? Want to keep dementia at bay? Join Charlene de Gourville as she discusses the nutrition your brain needs for optimal functioning. To obtain the Zoom link, email bevhealth@gmail.com.
Circle of Friends | Thursday, June 11, 2026 – Summerland Ornamental Gardens outing. Meet at Rutland Church by 9:00 am to carpool. RSVP to Twyla at 250-864-5609 so transportation can be arranged. Cost: $5/person. Please bring picnic-type foods for a fun fellowship dinner on the grounds. Open to all seniors/retirees from our Okanagan churches, friends, and neighbours.
